This bill was developed by the expert group and will be named after the tragically deceased Amines AquaWay.
The act establishing the National service for state protection of participants of criminal proceedings, which will present in November in the Parliament, will be named Amines Okueva, wrote the people’s Deputy Anton Gerashchenko on his Facebook page.
“The law on protection of witnesses which will be presented in November will be named Amines Okueva,” – said the MP.
This bill, in the words of A. Gerashchenko, was developed by a group of experts under his direction.
“Witness protection has to engage in a single structure, which primarily will use the relocation, replacement of documents as the most effective remedy that has long been practiced around the world,” – said in the recording.
Earlier it was reported that on Monday evening as a result of shooting unknown vehicle at a railway crossing near the village of glevaha in Kyiv region died volunteer ATO A. Okueva and injured her husband, Adam Osmaev.
