In Brussels detained two people, who planned terrorist attack in France
In Brussels detained two people suspected of intending to commit a terrorist act on the territory of France. This was stated on Monday by the Federal Prosecutor of Belgium, reports the correspondent of UKRINFORM in Brussels.
We are talking about a couple of Belgians of Iranian origin – a man of 38 years and 33-year-old woman who planned to use the explosive device in the French city of Villepinte during the 30 June conference “Mujahideen of the Iranian people”. As specified, the event was attended by about 25 thousand people.
The actions of law enforcement officers have already responded to the Prime Minister of Belgium Charles Michel, who thanked the police for their effective work.
