An establishment demand.
Designer and Director Marina van Gore opened an establishment in Amsterdam. The highlight of this place is that each table in the new restaurant Eenmaal is designed exclusively for a single visitor.
The name of the restaurant translates as “once”. The concept of institution aimed at the destruction of the stereotype that if people come in the restaurant alone, with them something.
Guests who used to spend time in the company, it is proposed to have a unique experience.
Loners, of course, initially feel discomfort will not be.
And it was confirmed by the first customers who left only praise.
