The morning of March 6 in the village of Flat in Velykoburlutsky district overturned car Renault Logan. About it reported in Management of preventive activities of the national police.
According to militiamen, the driver was 32-the summer local resident who has not coped with management, resulting in a car overturned. The man was taken to the district hospital where he was diagnosed with closed craniocerebral injury, acute brain injury, as well as the heart and lungs. In addition, doctors have identified the victim has signs of alcoholic intoxication.
At the hospital, he began to do the operation, but despite doctors ‘ efforts, the driver died.
Upon the incident the criminal proceedings as regards 2 articles 286 of the criminal code of Ukraine (“violation of traffic rules, entailed death of the person”).
