Solvent banks have national Bank 15.2 billion UAH.
Total debt of solvent banks to the NBU for refinancing loans decreased by 7.7 billion UAH. or 34% from the beginning of 2017. About it reports a press-service of the NBU.
As of 5 April 2017, this figure amounted to 15.2 bln.
4 APR finally repaid its debt to the NBU, Oschadbank, prematurely returning the balance of 2 billion UAH.
“The refinancing of solvent banks is the best evidence of the recovery of the banking system of Ukraine due to the purposeful policy of the NBU. Today, almost all active banks have repaid its debt to the regulator, because the balance is almost entirely accounted for state PrivatBank”, – said the head of the NBU Valery Gontareva.
Also in NBU reminded that in June 2014, the debt of banks refinancing amounted to 111.7 billion UAH. and on 05 April 2017 this figure in solvent banks is 15.2 billion UAH. 14.4 bln. of which occur at PJSC PrivatBank.
