Novelty produces 460 horsepower.
BMW introduced the most powerful version of the “charged” sedan M3 – CS. The model has become faster and easier.Results will be released 1 200 such vehicles.
Novelty is equipped with 3-liter petrol engine, which delivers 460 horsepower. For comparison, on a normal M3 engine power – 431 “horse”.
Torque increased from 550 to 600 Nm. The engine is paired only with a 7-speed robotic gearbox with two clutches.
To 100 kilometers per hour BMW M3 CS accelerates in 3.9 seconds. The maximum speed of the sedan is electronically limited at around 280 kilometers per hour.
“Charged” sedan has a carbon roof and carbon fiber hood, front splitter, rear diffuser and spoiler on the trunk lid.
Vehicle weight is 1 585 pounds – 50 pounds lighter than conventional BMW M3.
The novelty is equipped with an advanced adaptive suspension with retuned springs, dampers and stabilizer bars.
Also the “base” car has:
– an active M-differential;
– sports edition;
– forged wheels (19-inch front and 20-inch rear).
Optionally available carbon-ceramic brakes.
