Doha has publicly rejected the implementation of the 13 points of the ultimatum.
“The foreign Minister of Saudi Arabia Adel al-Jubeir received in Kuwait on an official response to the demands of Qatar announced that it would boycott countries”, – stated in the message.

Earlier, some Arab countries (including Bahrain, Egypt, UAE and Saudi Arabia) broke off diplomatic relations with Qatar. They accused Doha of supporting terrorism. Officials of Qatar called on Arab countries to dialogue, stating that they would not meet the mirror.
The blockade of Qatar, has led to difficulties in the economy.
