Criminal case opened under article “Hooliganism”.
In Konotop Sumy region between the Deputy of a regional Council and his opponent had a conflict with the shooting. This is stated in the press service of the national police in the Sumy region.
“Yesterday, 17 June, 20:24 in a call center of Konotop of the police Department at the same time, there were two statements. One — the Deputy of regional Council that one of the residents of Konotop took his gold pendant. The second is from his “opponent” that the Deputy shot him with a pistol and missed. These statements were immediately logged into a single account. Is investigative-task force which left on a scene, established that the events unfolded on the territory of the local baths, where the men and there was a conflict, the circumstances of which finds out a consequence.
The police opened criminal proceedings under article 296 part 4 of the criminal code of Ukraine “Hooliganism” and article 125 “Intentional minor injury”. Investigative actions proceed”, — stated in the message.
