A well-known blogger Alexander Dovgy has posted a video where the person similar to Sushchenko, road discusses the budget and agrees upon the “kickback”.
“Want to know why Ukraine has bad roads? In the video, people like the Deputy head “Ukravtodor” Vladimir Nikolaevich Sushchenko. It is evident that he agrees on the allocation of two billion budgeted for road construction and the amount it expects to receive as a “rollback,” writes Dovgy, commenting on published videos.
“In the second part of the video he explains the need for receiving these funds to implement his imagination in the possession of a large house in the elite district of Kiev”, – the blogger notes.
According to him, Sushchenko is associated with the Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groisman.
“According to information from the source in the “Ukravtodor” Sushchenko performs the role of the viewer from Groisman for Novak. Sushchenko directly affects the distribution of 35 billion of funds in the budget for the reconstruction of roads in 2017-the year and uses this opportunity for personal enrichment.
