For consideration in the state Duma a bill that proposes to put anonymous use of instant messengers in Russia outside the law. The authors of this document were made by members of parties United Russia, Fair Russia and the Communist party, and then we will tell you who to send “well wishes”.
For trying to impose on the Russians (in all senses of the word “impose”) are responsible Marie I Mukabenova, Oleg Nikolaev and Alexander Yushchenko — the members of these parties. They invented the bill proposes amendments to the law “On information, it and information protection”, and it refers to the mandatory identification of users of instant messengers. The document includes the definition of the identity of the subscriber with the operator, which will provide data on the user’s phone number and his name, and all this is another mutation of the desire of our government to follow your every move.
The bill contains a whole raft of requirements, each of which does not Bode well for the Russians, nor the owners of the messengers. In the case that the latter does not fulfill all the conditions, their service will block the whole country, and will be fined for the sum to 1 million rubles. If the bill has already been submitted for consideration to the state Duma, is passed, it will enter into force on 1 January 2018.
