The case was brought on application of MPs Nayem and Voytsitskoy.
The Kiev Prosecutor’s office opened proceedings against the Minister of energy of Ukraine Igor Nasalik the fact of a possible criminal offense. About this Facebook said the MP Vic Voitsitska, published an official statement of Prosecutor’s office.
“The Prosecutor’s office of Kyiv told me about the opening of criminal proceedings against the Minister of energy on the fact of a possible criminal violation under part 1 of article 351 of the Criminal code of Ukraine (preventing of activity of people’s deputies),” wrote Voitsitska.
She noted that in December 2016 together with the people’s Deputy Mustafa Nayem filed in connection with failure to provide, incomplete and untimely responses to the Deputy address concerning documentation on the results of the Hughes competition.
The Prosecutor’s office said Voytsitskoy about the absence of grounds for entering data in the Unified register of pre-trial investigation in Ukraine. Then she appealed against the actions of the Prosecutor in court, who is obliged to open the proceedings.
