There are two different types of spots on tooth enamel: the inner, which are permanent and external, which are formed from different food and drinks from which you can get rid of.
Do not eat sweets along with coffee
Because of the large amounts of sugars for the bacteria easier to adhere to the surface of your teeth. This does not mean that you have to avoid the favorite foods. Just don’t drink coffee or tea with sugar together with sweets.
Brush your teeth at least two minutes
There are some people who brush their teeth ten times a day, but still have stains on the teeth. The reason is that the quantity – not necessarily quality. You can brush your teeth once or twice a day (always before bed), but to give the process their full attention and not less than two minutes of time.
Use mouthwash
When you rinse your mouth immediately after eating or drinking, this prevents the adhesion of bacteria, food debris and beverages on the teeth, which in turn can prevent the appearance of spots on their surface. Therefore, it is desirable to have always at hand a bottle that you can carry in your bag or store on your desktop.
Drink beverages through a straw
To avoid undue influence on the teeth, train yourself to always drink tea, coffee or juice through a straw. So drink will be less to deal with the tooth enamel.
