The “LC” prisoners are forced to pay for heating

Prisoners also complain about the lack of medicines and the deterioration of food quality.

Prisoners who are on temporarily uncontrolled territories of the Luhansk region (the astronomical clock), they can buy coal for heating in places of deprivation of liberty.

This was reported by “Hromadske radio” the head of “Eastern human rights groups” Pavel Lisyansky.

Also, according to human rights activist, prisoners complain about the lack of medicines and the deterioration of food quality.

“Now the heating season. They say, “you Want warm?” They say, “Yes.” Here, they say, pay. Buy the coal. Ante up,” said Lisyansky.

The observation that it is expensive, a human rights activist said that the prisoners there is quite a lot.

He noted that if each of the prisoners will pass on heating at 500 UAH, then in the colony it will be.
