To prepare it is very simple: grapefruit peel and films, cut or disassembled into slices, add the chopped Mat of banana, a spoonful of honey, fill all low-fat drinking yoghurt and whipped in a blender.

“This snack is very nutritious and gives strength and energy for a long time, supplying the body with nutrients and normalizes metabolism. Very useful in autumn are apples, and the simple, local. They contain anti-inflammatory salicylic acid, which is an excellent prevention of many diseases, including colds. Consumed preferably with the skin, preferably even with the bones (they have a lot of valuable substances, including iodine, which is sorely lacking in urban residents),” said the medic.
