In the heat it is better to choose lightweight loose-fitting clothes in light shades made of natural fabrics – linen or cotton, natural silk, so your body could freely “breathe.” But synthetic will create the greenhouse effect that has a negative impact not only on health but also on skin condition”, – said the doctor.

In hot weather it is also crucial to choose the right shoes and stop wearing high heels if you don’t want to get the swelling, blood stasis and problems with the veins, not to mention that closed shoes when you are sweating actively breed bacteria. If the dress code allows, wear light rag sandals or flip-flops, he said.

It is also important to keep the makeup to a minimum – the more paint on the face, the harder it is to breathe the skin. And powder or concealer can and does cause severe irritation and even the formation of small pimples.
