In hot weather it is also crucial to choose the right shoes and stop wearing high heels if you don’t want to get the swelling, blood stasis and problems with the veins, not to mention that closed shoes when you are sweating actively breed bacteria. If the dress code allows, wear light rag sandals or flip-flops, he said.

It is also important to keep the makeup to a minimum – the more paint on the face, the harder it is to breathe the skin. And powder or concealer can and does cause severe irritation and even the formation of small pimples.
