If you love sweets, you should know what the danger for your body hides the sugar.
Scientists have found that sugar causes a number of diseases: high blood pressure contributes to heart disease and strokes.
Sugar causes deposition of fat. After consumption it is stored in liver in form of glycogen. If glycogen starts to exceed the limits, the excess sugar begins to be deposited as fat on the thighs and abdomen.
The consumption of sugar leads to too rapid increase in glucose and insulin, causing a false feeling of hunger, promotes overeating.
Sugar weakens the bones. Because in order to metabolize refined sugar, the body has to spend a large amount of calcium, which is leaching of bone tissue causes osteoporosis. It also affects the status of Zubovo – spoils the tooth enamel.
Also sugar consumption accelerates aging of the skin – it is deposited “in reserve” in collagen, the protein which constitutes the connective tissue and makes the skin less elastic.
Brand to give up sugar is impossible, because it is required for the body. Therefore, doctors recommend to exclude from a diet that is refined sugar, which is included in chocolates, cakes, condensed milk and jam. Useful sugar for the body is composed of fruit, vegetables or honey.
