Russian foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that the American President Donald trump and the head of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin will meet in July at the G20 summit in Germany.
“Rex Tillerson spoke about how we can move through the agenda items, to which I have referred – and on Syria and other issues, so for this meeting we have prepared some visible, tangible results. So in any case, they will see in July,” Lavrov said.
According to him, the presidents, “when he spoke recently on the phone, have confirmed that they will meet on the sidelines of the summit of “twenty” in Germany in the first decade of July” (note, the media reported that during the conversation, Putin and trump have not agreed on the meeting – ed.)
