Named products that strengthen tooth enamel

The teeth need calcium.

It is widely known that sugary foods and drinks can harm the teeth, but there are those, the use of which will benefit them, experts say.

Thus, according to the American dental Association (American Dental Association), USA, the following foods contain biologically active substances that can help to strengthen tooth enamel and improve oral health in General:

– dairy products such as milk, cheese and yogurt, rich in calcium;
– greens and almonds, are also good sources of calcium;
– eggs, fish, meat and poultry, rich in phosphorous;
– vegetables and fruits which are good sources of fiber;
citrus rich in vitamin C;
sweet potatoes, carrots, greens and fish are good sources of vitamin A.

It should be remembered that damage the teeth can following habits:

– chewing ice. This can lead to irreversible damage to the teeth, to cause small cracks and damage to the enamel;

– tongue piercing. This can lead to the emergence of a wide range of issues, from damage to teeth, fillings and gums to bacterial infections and even allergic reactions;
