Experts analyzed food more than 135 thousand people from around the world. The observation lasted about seven years. The researchers also took into account various factors: age, gender, health status, physical activity, consumption of meat and grain. The number of fruit compared with the mortality rate. And this level was 22% below from those who ate 3-4 servings combined, than among those who ate less than one serving of vegetables and fruit a day.
