Spanish scientists conducted a study and found out how much coffee per day a person needs to live longer. In their opinion, the optimum daily serving of the coffee beverage is able to prevent early death.
In research took part about 20 thousand people.
After analyzing all the results, the researchers calculated that four cups of coffee that you drink every day, 64% lower risk of early death, three cups – 30%, and two or 22%. And all these data compared to those who do not consume the drink at all or do it rarely.
The reason for the effectiveness of drink to reduce the risk of premature death scientists see in the antioxidants in coffee, particularly the polyphenols.
However, scientists still suggest not to lean on coffee, and to balance my life with sports exercise, a healthy diet and forget about the harmful habits.
“The best way to minimize the risk of cardiovascular disease and premature death – is to focus on an overall healthy lifestyle: sit on a balanced diet, staying active and not Smoking, not gallons to consume a latte,” said the Professor Metin of Avkiran.
