Brazilian diet: slim in a week

Brazilian diet is an easy and effective way to lose up to 7 pounds in a week.

But you need to follow a strict menu.

The main rule of the Brazilian diet – protein for Breakfast, lunch and dinner. But vegetables are also a must.

Moreover, the daily number of calories consumed is reduced. Because the diet is quite difficult, but effective.

Menu for the week Brazilian diet offers this:

Day 1 and 2
Breakfast, lunch and dinner: 1 boiled egg and 1 Apple, drink coffee without sugar.

Day 3
Breakfast: two eggs and cofn without sugar.
Lunch: lean chicken, or beef, 200 gr. with lettuce, or spinach.
Dinner: boiled egg with lettuce and green vegetables.

Day 4
Breakfast: boiled egg and unsweetened coffee.
Lunch: boiled or baked fish nedina, up to 120 gr. 2 medium tomatoes.
Dinner: 2 boiled eggs, coffee.

Day 5
Breakfast: 1 boiled egg, coffee.
Lunch: boiled or baked fish up to 120 gr. and one medium tomato.
Dinner: boiled or baked fish up to 120 grams, tomato and cucumber.

Day 6
Breakfast: 1 egg and coffee.
Lunch: boiled lean veal 100 gr. and 1 cucumber.
Dinner: advanoe lean meat, chicken, or beef, a Cup of coffee.

Day 7
Breakfast: 1 boiled egg and coffee.
Lunch: low fat chicken up to 100 gr. tomato and cucumber.
Dinner: lean chicken up to 100 gr. an Apple and a Cup of coffee.

During the diet it is important to drink at least 2 litres of water a day. Alcohol drinking is prohibited.
