Day 1 and 2
Breakfast, lunch and dinner: 1 boiled egg and 1 Apple, drink coffee without sugar.

Dinner: boiled or baked fish up to 120 grams, tomato and cucumber.
Breakfast: 1 egg and coffee.
Lunch: boiled lean veal 100 gr. and 1 cucumber.
Dinner: advanoe lean meat, chicken, or beef, a Cup of coffee.
Breakfast: 1 boiled egg and coffee.
Lunch: low fat chicken up to 100 gr. tomato and cucumber.
Dinner: lean chicken up to 100 gr. an Apple and a Cup of coffee.
During the diet it is important to drink at least 2 litres of water a day. Alcohol drinking is prohibited.
