Wave of protests swept through the cities of Russia

A series of protests took place in cities of Russia.

In Belgorod people came to the rally against the increase in water tariffs in June, the city Council of Belgorod approved the increase of tariffs for water supply by 42% and almost 31% for sanitation from 1 October. Residents of the city with such rates do not agree. The indignation they expressed at the rally — the event was coordinated by the authorities, it came to about 200 people, said fonar.tv. The activists agreed to create an initiative group on the basis of “people’s housing movement” to rectify the situation with the “Belvodokanal”.

Meanwhile, in Yekaterinburg was held to protest against harmful emissions, produced by factory “Tekhnokeramika”. The participants tried to bring the problem to the attention of CPS, and to encourage local authorities to support ordinary people and not the financial interests of businessmen. “While officials zhiruyut, we suffocate and die,” — said the activists during the campaign, cites the “AIF”.

A rally was also held in Novgorod — there is protest against the dismissal of doctors.

According to “7×7”, the residents of Veliky Novgorod held a people’s Assembly near the regional children’s hospital in protest against the dismissal of doctors from ENT Department. After optimization in the Department were one ENT doctor on a rate of 2.25. About two dozen parents protested this situation, at the gathering, they demanded that it went to the chief doctor, but instead to clarify the situation came first Deputy Minister of health Novgorod region RESEDA Lomovtseva. She said that the sacked doctors was offering odds of cleaners, but the doctors refused. “A lot of money going to the army, weapons, giant projects, but no money to keep the medicine” — outraged protesters and called for more decisive action.

At the same time, in Khabarovsk Krai, people came out to protest against pension reform. Gathered over 1.5 thousand people, organizers said, reported IA AmurMedia. The event was organized by the Communists. Activists have criticised “predatory” pension reform, low wages, unemployment, high prices, rich monopolies and oligarchy. Of detentions during the campaign were not reported, the event passed and ended quietly, without incident.
