US calls on Russia and other countries to unite against DPRK

US calls on Russia and other countries to implement UN sanctions against the DPRK.

The United States urges Russia to work together to put pressure on the DPRK and, in particular, I expect that Russia will not compensate the DPRK, the damage caused by the increased pressure from China. This was stated by state Department spokesman Heather Nauert.

Reporters asked her, does Nauert on media reports that Russia and North Korea are going to improve relations and to this end signed a document during the visit of the North Korean delegation to Moscow.

“We have seen reports that Russia obviously reimburse North Korea for sanctions China, if you mean it. We ask Russia to join us and show North Korea that the only way to economic prosperity in the future is a rejection of illegal programs, which jeopardize peace and security,” said Nauert.

According to her, the U.S. urges Russia and other countries to implement UN sanctions against the DPRK.
