The Ministry of infrastructure intends to run a passenger train the “five capitals” on the route Kiev-Minsk-Vilnius-Riga-Tallinn. This was announced at a press conference the Minister of infrastructure Vladimir Omelian.
“I would like to present the project trains five capitals. Its goal is to combine the passenger message by five European capitals: Kyiv, Minsk, Vilnius, Riga, Tallinn,” he said.
