Tuck explained the bill to the ATO

The project, involving a military-political changes of the operation to contain the invaders and the liberation ORDO, is not a rejection of Minsk.

The bill, which is supposed to reformat the anti-terrorist operation in the Donbass, does not imply the refusal of Ukraine from the Minsk agreements: the priority remains the search for peaceful solutions in the region. About this in Facebook wrote the Deputy Minister of the temporarily occupied territories and internally displaced persons Georgy Tuka.

Earlier, the NSDC Secretary Oleksandr Turchynov said that the time has come not just to recognize ORDO occupied territory, and at the legislative level to provide basic positions on her to release them. He believes that the need to establish a permanent operational headquarters with broad authority that would provide a comprehensive manual APU power structures, including civil-military administrations.

Yesterday, on 15 June held its first debate on the bill.

“The idea of creation of operational staff exclusively concerned with the optimization of processes of management of Lugansk and Donetsk regions,” explained Tuck.

While Kiev “by no means” questioned the need for the return of control over Ukrainian territory with, the internationally accepted border, inclusive, he noted.

“Any talk about the fact that “Ukraine is preparing an offensive,” that “Kiev has decided to act militarily” is exclusively an element of Russian propaganda, aimed at intimidating people and the misinformation of our international allies,” – summed up the Deputy head Minot.
