The robot dog: Sony has released a new four-legged friend

The robot dog Aibo will be able to replace the person living pet.

Sony Corporation has unveiled a new robot dog Aibo, are able to move along axis 22. On a single charge Aibo can operate for about 2 hours, while charging the device for 3 hours.

New robot dog uses miniature actuators, allowing the body to move along the axis 22 ; in the place of eyes, two OLED display that shows different emotions.

The company said that the new adaptive behavior of Aibo, that is, the robot dog can learn to understand their owners, to establish “an emotional connection”. It uses deep learning technology to analyze sounds and images passing through a number of sensors.

Along with the new model appeared and the mobile app My Aibo, with which the user can access the device settings, as well as, for example, view photos taken by the camera of the robot.

It is reported that the new Aibo will require a subscription, which costs about $26 per month. It will give access to Wi-Fi and LTE, cloud services and the functions of the mobile application.
