It is reported that on September 12 the observers of the OSCE SMM saw three columns, composed of pereprava-dropship tools and equipment, which were moving northwards along the H21 near under control “LNR” of the village Georgievka (15 km to the South from Lugansk).
“In one column were two mostowlany the car and three ferries military to ferry personnel, loaded on the loading platform, while the second convoy was traveling 6 mostowlany machines, and the third pereprava airborne equipment military-type cargo platforms,” the report says.
