The Kremlin confirmed the telephone talks of the Norman Quartet

The negotiations assistants continue.

The Kremlin has not confirmed information that the telephone negotiations of leaders of “Norman Quartet” (Ukraine, Germany, France and Russia) on 24 July 2017. This was reported by press Secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov on Thursday, July 20.

“No, not yet. The talks through aides, diplomatic channels continue,” – said Peskov, when asked to confirm this information.

On the eve of the OSCE representative to the Trilateral contact group on Ukraine Martin Sajdik announced the negotiations of the leaders of the Normandy four format teleconference on July 24.

Earlier the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko said that the keys to the peaceful settlement of the situation in the Donbas is in Moscow.
