In Latin America came abnormal cold and frosts, the day temperature fell nearly 20 degrees.

The week began with complications because of snow in many cities of the continent. A cold cyclone is moving from South to North and has already reached some regions of southern Brazil, Paraguay, Peru and Uruguay.

It is also reported that because of the extreme cold weather four people died in different regions of Argentina.

In Uruguay, the temperature dropped to -10 degrees, also expected snowfall in the coming days.
