The inhabitant of Kherson, in order not to crash the car, violated traffic rules. For this he was stopped by the police and fined.

The driver Dmitry Slivka shows a hole that got in his way. To enter it he did not dare. Otherwise, it says, repair is inevitable. Dmitry went to another lane. He was immediately stopped by the police.

The man says – before the break, he was convinced that the emergency was not created. But the explanation patrol not persuaded – they’ve got 400 hryvnias of a penalty.

To complain about an organization that serves the poor section of track, we advise the leadership of the national police. And the penalty is at the discretion of the inspector.

“The driver should require the arrival of a representative of a road or municipal organization that supports the section of the road. In the presence of two witnesses relevant act,” – explained Stanislav Mizin, chief of Department of supervision over the condition of the roads of national police of Ukraine.

The decision of the patrol Dmitry Slivka intends to appeal in court.
