In addition, collateral for loans is real estate in Vinnytsia: warehouses with a total area of 3 493,6 sq. m., uninhabited premises, a total area of 1 041 sq m, the complex of non-residential buildings (warehouses) with a total area of 127 sq. m. 15.
Also as collateral for the loans transferred to the vehicle (six tractors and six dropside semi-trailers), goods in turnover and property rights to the receipt of funds on current account of the borrower.
The first auction of the specified lot will be held on September 11 in the Prozorro.sale. The initial price is 160,82 million.
