The U.S. Department of state representative Heather Nauert released a statement in which he said that diplomats of the DPRK in the framework of communication with the American diplomats showed no willingness to negotiate.
“Officials of North Korea has not shown any signs that they are interested or willing to negotiate on denuclearization”, she said.
According to her, between U.S. diplomats and North Korea opened direct channels of communication by which they could start a dialogue.
Nauert added that North Korea did not answer U.S., despite assurances that Washington is not interested in overthrowing the current regime or its change.
