Since the beginning of the year, the number of civilian victims in the Donbass rose to 47 dead and 222 wounded.
This was reported in Twitter of the OSCE SMM in Ukraine.
Note that on 14 June it was reported that in the Donbass killed 45 civilians and injured 216 people. Then it was emphasized that the number of victims has increased by 110%. The OSCE also promised to increase the number of observers in the Donbas.
