State of emergency in Odessa: in the city centre was shot by the Deputy head of the regional Council

An attempt has been made to Oleg Radkovskiy.

In the center of Odessa, assassinated the Deputy Chairman of the Odessa regional Council, prominent businessman and former representative of the party “Batkivshchyna” Oleg Radkovskiy.
