Similar results were read by specialists from the University of Pennsylvania. Green tea is a substance that increases your body’s ability to burning and processing fats, but also prevents the absorption of lipids.
Thanks to the drink, these substances can easily leave the body. To this conclusion the American scientists came after research conducted on laboratory mice.
Experts divided the number of mice into two groups, which sat on a high-calorie diet. The first test subjects additionally received a useful substance using green tea, while others only through fatty foods.
The results of the research showed that the first mouse was noticeably off in weight, in contrast to the second. To achieve similar results, the researchers advise people to drink daily for 7-10 cups of freshly brewed green tea. If you drink four to six, the substance will be able to simply maintain your figure in the norm.
