Foreign Minister of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin said that representatives of Russia at Eurovision Yulia Samoilova cannot be made exceptions in the form of entry into the territory of Ukraine.
He stated this after a meeting of heads of foreign Ministers of NATO countries in Brussels.
“The law is the law. It is the same for all. We adhere to the principle of the rule of law and strict enforcement of the law. We’re not talking about any formal or informal exceptions, we’re talking about the implementation of the law. The law was the law, it is necessary to implement it,” he said.
