British “the Song of darkness”: new trailer and poster

Having acquired much at international festivals, independent horror with a poetic name “Song of darkness” rises to a wider range of audience. A few days ago we mentioned about this painting in the collection of trailers 35th Brussels film festival BIFFF 2017, and in our hands was a new official trailer and final poster tape.

“Song of darkness” — feature debut of Director and screenwriter Liam Gavin from the UK. The main roles in the film went to the Irish girl Catherine Walker and English actor Steve Aramo. And if you’re sweet like a cocktail of accents, then you’ll understand my anticipation. However, the interesting thing here is the story and the film language that the Director will tell us.

Synopsis:

Mental health Sofia raises questions at first glance: she almost never leaves his rural home, pores over occult literature and in the end she finds the right specialist to conduct a black magic ritual. The fact that she wants to return his dead son. Joseph, the technician is pathologically unsociable and inclined to misanthropy. He immediately warns his partner: once they start the ritual, they will not be able to leave the house until the very end of the procedure, whatever the result, they came in the end. You will need to collect all the forces and try to stay sane, when they opened the dark and terrible mysteries of a twilight world.

Coupled with the accompanying video it becomes clear that we can expect an unusual chamber story in which the psychological drama interwoven with a frightening mystical Thriller. Perhaps both characters are insane. Maybe, they are really knocking on the doors of hell? Damn, I want to know.

“Song of darkness” will be released in us theaters on April 28 and will appear in the services VOD (video on demand).
