Law enforcement officers of Odessa on Thursday, may 2, transferred to the strengthened mode of service. Together with the police to patrol the streets soldiers of the National guard, cadets of the Odessa state University of internal Affairs, and law enforcement officers from other regions of Ukraine, the press service of the police.
In places of mass events, the police will work in groups of preventive communication “Police dialogue.” These police officers will not use any coercive measures, their main task is to engage the police and the population and prevent any conflict situations during mass events.
To prevent violations of public order on the Kulikovo field and the Cathedral square will be introduced temporary restrictions. The entrance to these locations will be made only through established screening stations. Also in these areas will be restrictions to traffic.
The police also recalls the prohibition of the manufacturing, distribution and public use of symbols of the Communist and national socialist totalitarian regimes.
