Odessa: the apartment discovered the body of a man with multiple injuries

Militiamen find out circumstances of incident.

67-year-old local resident died as a result he suffered serious injuries in the form of scored wounds to the head and broken ribs.

The police received a report of a medical emergency that, in the apartment of one of houses on street Ilfa and Petrov, a man died.

It became clear that during drinking of alcoholic drinks between the 48-year-old homeowner and his friends had a quarrel. In the process of conflict the man beat the guest, causing him multiple times in the torso and head. Doctors, who arrived at the scene, verified death of the victim.

In the Unified register of pretrial investigations included information under part 2 of article 121 (deliberate heavy injury) Criminal code of Ukraine. Workers Tairovskoe police caught the attacker in the Commission of the said offense. Man detained in order St. 208 Criminal procedure code of Ukraine.

The sanction of this article prescribed punishment in the form of deprivation of liberty for a term of seven to ten years.
