The evening of September 13, detectives NABOO detained the Deputy of city Council Sergey Krymchak. According to the entourage of the Deputy, the Krymchaks were searched, and in the evening he was arrested.
According to investigators, the detainee during the work of the Secretary of city Council Committee on land issues had information about the land plots which are in municipal ownership, and organized scheme to seize three of them. The total value of these plots is more than 3.5 billion UAH.
The essence of the scheme lies in the fact that these sites official seized with the help of a relative. Further, it legalized the assignment, including them in a statutory Fund established probable accomplice companies.
The investigation in the case, the detectives NAB began in September of 2016.
