A similar weapon was found in the territory from Central Germany to the Volga region, it could be both combat and ritual, according to the website of the Moscow city hall.

The stones were made by the representatives of culture Fatyanovo-Balabanovo is a subgroup of a larger community — the culture battle axe or corded ware.
