The Minister of social policy of Ukraine Andriy Reva tried to make excuses for his statement about the inhabitants of DND and LNR, which he had previously called “scum”. Relevant post he published on Facebook.

Reva said that his statement referred only to those “who with weapons in their hands fighting against their own country.”

“This category of citizens, and I considered, consider and will consider as the villains who put themselves outside the bounds of the legal framework,” the Minister wrote.

In fact, the official said in a television broadcast that all of the “Pro-Ukrainian” citizens have already left the DNI and the LC, and those who remained there, he did not wish.
