The incident with the kidnapping of a woman who walked out of the store with a dog on the prospect of Pavlo Tychyna in Kiev, actually turned out to be a bust.
Police have not confirmed information about the kidnapping and said that this incident was the detention. In this case, detailed information about the reasons for this “RAID” has not informed, having referred to secrecy of the investigation.
