On the street Hemp was an accident. As reported in the Department of communication of Ukraine in Kharkiv region, 39-year-old driver of the Hyundai was hit by 45-year-old pedestrian who ran across the roadway in front of the car.
The driver managed to brake. From the received traumas the pedestrian has died on the spot.
Information about the incident, the police brought in the Unified register of pre-judicial investigations under article 286 (violation of traffic safety or transport operation by the persons operating vehicles) the Criminal code of Ukraine. Circumstances of road accident are established.
