Russian singer Yulia Samoylova, will speak today at the concert in honor of Victory Day in Sevastopol. She will perform a song prepared for Eurovision.
This is reported by the occupation authorities.
Ukraine, where this year there’s a singing competition, Samoilova banned entry into the country, since it violated the Ukrainian law, speaking in annexed Crimea in 2015. Russia in turn refused to participate in Eurovision.
