In Uzbekistan detain people for walking around the city

The expression “walking aimlessly” is in the message of Department of internal Affairs of the Khorezm area

In Uzbekistan during the August 26-27 event “Tun” (“Night”) with the participation of the employees of the police Department and Prosecutor’s office of Khorezm region, was detained 3706 people who “aimlessly” walking around the city after 9 PM.

The expression “walking aimlessly” is in the message of Department of internal Affairs of the Khorezm area.

As reported the press service of the interior Ministry of Uzbekistan, the majority of those detained were arrested on the day, and released after imposing a fine as offenders. With the rest was carried out preventive conversation, he added.

However, the employee a press-services ministries of internal Affairs could not specify, on the basis of the offense of “walking aimlessly” citizens were brought to administrative fines.
