In Ukraine increased the official unemployment rate

Only 6.5% of the registered unemployed got a job in November.

The registered unemployment rate in Ukraine up to 2017 November increased compared with October by 9.6% to 309 thousand.

This is evidenced by the data of the State statistical service.

Thus, the number of registered unemployed amounted to 1.2% of the population of working age.

It is noted that the number of unemployed among the urban population was 179 thousand people, including rural – 170 thousand Figure of unemployed women in November of the current year amounted to 57.5% (177,6 thousand Persons) and unemployed men and 42.5% (131,4 thousand).

In addition, in November the number of unemployed receiving benefits decreased by 23.1 thousand people to 240,1 thousand At the same time, the average benefit amounted to UAH 2137 2174 against UAH in October 2017.

In November of 6.5% of the unemployed got the job against 13.1% a month earlier – (23,7 thousand persons as compared to 47.2 thousand)

In the state statistics service noted that the competition for one vacancy made 5 persons. From March to July 2017 this figure was similar in August and September – 4 persons into place.
