In Ukraine deflation

The growth of the core consumer price index was 3.4%.

Consumer prices in Ukraine in July decreased by 0.7%, but with the beginning of the year their growth was 3.6%.

These data are provided by the State statistics service of Ukraine.

According to the state statistics service, in annual terms inflation slowed to 1% up to 8.9% from 9.9%.

Core inflation in July decreased by 0.1% compared with June.

From the beginning, the growth of the core consumer price index was 3.4%.

It is noted that potrebenko in July compared to the previous month, the prices for food and non-alcoholic beverages decreased by 1.9%. Most cheaper vegetables, fruits and eggs – 12.4 to 7.6%. At the same time, sugar, bread, rice, poultry, pasta, fish price increased by 1.9 and 0.7%.

Prices of alcoholic beverages increased by 0.8%, tobacco products – by 2.6%.

The growth of utility tariffs was 0.5%. Prices on transport grew by 0.7%.
